We spent New Year's Eve at a hotel in Dhanaulti and the two things we liked about it were its polite staff and prime location. The staff was accommodating and always available to help. The hotel's prime location made it easy for us to explore the town and visit local attractions. Additionally, we enjoyed the nearby walking trails and outdoor recreation areas.
Despite the prime location and polite staff, we disliked our experience at this hotel. The rooms were uncomfortable, had no views, no showers, and lacked any cooling systems. The beddings were hard, and the portable fans made so much noise that it was hard to sleep. Additionally, the food was only okay, and the service was slow, which meant we had to order our meals well in advance, leading to hunger pangs. We do not recommend this hotel.
